After a few days full of sunshine, rain poured today on thirsty plants.
Staring at these wild roses being poured on by rain was kind of satisfying.
Then I thought of adding them into my homemade chocolate that I planned to make today, as chocolate has increased massively in price, it is time to learn how to make it.
I collected wild roses hanging over the garden fence and some of my scented roses.
Roses have so many benefits; not only do they smell nice, but they are also rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and more.
The pouring rain outside the window while working, with the beautiful smell all over the kitchen, was very relaxing.,,
I used raw cocoa butter, raw cocoa powder and fresh roses as main ingredients.
Raw cocoa butter, is full of healthy fats and vitamin E. These help your skin, give you lasting energy, and support your hormones.
Raw cocoa powder is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-boosting compounds. It helps your heart, improves blood flow, and lifts your mood without caffeine jitters.
Plus the fresh roses, which have a calming effect and are full of vitamins and antioxidants.

Best eaten within 7 to 10 days for freshness and flavour.
I was impressed by how smooth, silky and creamy the result is.
I also like the dried petals on the other side.
The rose added that delicate fragrance paired nicely with the chocolate.
And yum!
It melted gently in my mouth, smooth, fragrant, and not overly sweet. I feel good knowing it's free from additives and made with simple, wholesome ingredients.
It was so delicious that everyone who ate it said it was the best chocolate they’d ever tasted.
And it was all gone in just a few seconds!
Give it a try!
Have a lovely day!
