I've been trying to recall what this one is called because I want to make it at home. I also didn't know about the ingredients so I thought of googling them but it's hard to google when you don't know the name of the dish. 😅
Thanks to your post, I've finally known the name and even the recipe!
The next time we buy eggs, I'll try to prepare the seasoning like this.

Actually, some people call this ajitama because I didn't boil it with the sauce. Thank you for your comment! If you boil it with the sauce, it will be nitamago, I guess! I love them very much!

I hope my recipe will help you. If you prefer a thicker taste, please add more sauce.
