Oh wow! You eat this too? We really love this in the Philippines! We call it dabong, we sautee it with canned sardines and we also make soup with moringa and corn. It's very delicious!

        yes we do! it is quite a popular dish in Japan. I guess, people all over East Asia will eat bamboo in some different dishes
