I tried to make crackers once and it was a disaster.
But mine were the thin, crispy type.

These are much softer than basic ones, perhaps would be also crunchy if dough was tinner (not fan), somehow they resemble puff pastry when fresh.

How big disaster could they be? 🤔
Maybe with yogurt they would be nom nom!

And very bland in flavor.
