Photos from the eclipse here in sunny England, near Reading. The sun seemed brighter and the light seemed more like twilight and the sun. I reckon if I’d been wearing glasses or had a camera with polariser this photo would have looked more eclipsish. Nonetheless it incredible.

No power throughout the area where I live, not enough water, and the weather is like hell. These nights are darker than usual.
I’m experiencing the “normalization” of poverty in this country—dark and with little hope.
At least it's charged my phone.

Some NEPA guys came around last year about this electricity issue, saying they had a solar farm and would be switching our whole community to solar power. Guess what—we haven't seen light since, and while other communities still get electricity once in a while, for us it's just darkness every night.

This is a problem that has been going on for decades, but it's just power outages of up to 7 hours every day, every day.

We've been complaining, but it's going to take much longer before the electricity from the solar farm reaches our area. Most people are speculating that it's because it's been raining for two months, and that's the downside of solar. Still, we're thinking of going back to the general electricity. It's not being stable is what's making people reluctant to fight for it. In fact, most who can afford a solar panel on their roof have gotten one, and only a few are left waiting on the NEPA electricity 😩.
We also have our personal solar panel, but our battery has become relatively close to its grave. Even though we recharge it, it just can't store anything. We're planning to get some batteries, but that will take a bit longer if I'm in my dad's shoes 😩.
It's so painful, we had such experience for 2 weeks recently, not too long ago our power and lights returned. Keep faith 💪🙏.
Well, I've been living with this for two decades now; it's even something very "common" in my country. But hey, who knows if things will change in the future, we're still alive. 🥴

One of the must read books in history when it comes to investing. I really dove into all Kiyosaki's stuff, and Rich Dad is great. But Rich Dad Prophecy and Guide To Investing are much better reads. You should read Rich Dad first though, so get the concept.

yes this was more of a third generation book. From the Rich Dad Advisory. Honestly it was a rebranded book that relaunched under the Rich Dad Editorial house.
It goes into asset protection and reducing tax exposure strategies.
Ahhh got it. Yeah I knew they did this with the Advisory authors, but never knew it was a relaunch. Very cool.

I have nothing against AI text, my blog is also heavily backed by AI. My argument is that what you wrote about one project being active while the other is not is false.
Thumbnails are not main content, text is. Images are there to just show quick relevance or familiarity. But text and guides, feature explanations are main material that we use for web2 cross marketing as well.

A really good movie ....solid rhythm, action, atmosphere. It pulled me in more than I expected, even though the alien‑robot thing didn’t really give me that extraterrestrial vibe. Honestly, it felt more like an Earth‑made alien. And honestly, why create an “alien” that looks like a military tractor covered in LEDs and firing Earth‑style weapons? It kills the whole extraterrestrial feel.…overall a good movie, but not really something I’d rate very high.

I go through audiobooks like that. Start off strong. Forget it exists. Then rediscover it months or even years later and blaze through.
ha ha ha guilty of that as well. I have about a dozen or so audios I haven't finished.
Given the amount of time you're on the road, I would think podcasts and audiobooks would be a mainstay. I think for me the challenge is being in the right frame of mind for various audiobooks.
