Staff Meal Lunch: Steamed Golden Pomfret with Stir Fry French Beans and Fried Omelet

Super delicious lunch cooked by aunty. 3 different dished and all done early in the morning. So much effort put into the staff lunch that we are all really grateful for.

She made steamed fish using golden pomfret which is my all-time favorite fish, topped with thinly sliced ginger, scallions, and fresh coriander. It's soaked in a delicious gravy that was so appetising made with preserved vegetables. Slightly sour, savory, and super delicious!

I try to eat lesser carbs and with this kind of accompanying dishes with the fish, it was easy not to have any rice for this meal. Loads of fried omelet as well as French beans completed my rice-less bowl for an amazingly delicious meal.

I know for a fact that you'll not eat meals cooked by a particular person forever, so I'm really savouring this period of time that I get to enjoy Mama Lek's homecooked meals.
