Doesn't look super great in a picture but this was a really delicious bowl of pork noodles. First time trying out Omega Pork Noodles where they stand by using using premium quality pork to make their dishes.
I usually pick kuey teow whenever I go for pork noodles but this time I went for a thicker noodle. It didn't pair really well with the soup as it couldn't soak up the soup so I do recommend to get thinner noodles for maximum satisfaction.
The meats and innards were generous with a giant piece of mince meat patty which is unique to this place.
The main star of the dish is of course the broth. Such a delicious and hearty bowl of warm soup that's really comforting to the soul. My kind of comfort food!
Special thanks to Joanna Tay for this birthday meal back in September 🙏 May you be blessed with 100x more favor and kindness you have shown 🙌
