Hola a todos mis amigos de @hivefood. Es un gusto y alegría saludarlos y compartir con ustedes una experiencia conociendo y probando un delicioso platillo en un lugar especial Italiano en Zurich. Se trató de la "Osteria Santo Bevitore".
Desde que estoy compartiendo con mi hija en esta viaje tan especial. Ella quería hacerme una atención e invitación a almorzar en un lugar en Zurich. Asi que se dedicó con antelación a investigar los probables sitios y a leer las reseñas de los clientes. Aspectos que considera importante a la hora de elegir un sitio. Además de hacer la reservación.
Es importante destacar que en esta época del año hay muchas personas que vienen a esta hermosa ciudad a conocer, visitar, pasear entre otros intereses. Por lo que había que prepararse y asegurar un buen lugar. Les cuento que mi hija le encanta la comida italiana y por supuesto a mi también jajaja. Después de revisar y analizar las opciones encontró la Osteria Santo Bevitore y esta fué el restaurante que seleccionó.
Hello to all my friends from @hivefood. It is a pleasure and joy to greet you and share with you an experience meeting and tasting a delicious dish in a special Italian place in Zurich. It was the “Osteria Santo Bevitore”.
Since I am sharing with my daughter in this special trip. She wanted to pay attention to me and invite me to have lunch at a place in Zurich. So she spent some time in advance researching the likely places and reading customer reviews. Aspects she considers important when choosing a place. As well as making a reservation.
It is important to note that at this time of year there are many people who come to this beautiful city to meet, visit, walk among other interests. So it was necessary to prepare and ensure a good place. I tell you that my daughter loves Italian food and of course me too hahaha. Llegando al sitio a lo lejos se veía que estaba ubicado en una esquina con toldo rojo y una terraza, que en éstos días soleados es el lugar preferido de muchos visitantes. En nuestro caso, nos gusta más techado e íntimo. Al llegar nos identificamos por la reserva y fuimos atendidas con amabilidad. Nos ubicamos en un lugar cerca de una de la ventanas.
Asimismo, les cuento que aunque hacía algo de calor, no se estila usar aires acondicionados en muchos de los lugares en esta ciudad. Por lo que me tuve que cambiar la blusa por una más fresca que me había comprado mi hija antes de ir a nuestro almuerzo. Me encantó el lugar amplio y con detalles de la decoración que cuenta una historia. Fotografías en blanco y negro con algunos lugares y personajes representativos de Italia y de una época. Antes de revisar el menú y con emoción tomé algunas fotografías para compatirlas con todos ustedes.
Para iniciar y disfrutar de este momento leimos el menú con detenimiento y asi revisar las diferentes exquiteses que aquí habían. Me incliné por un platillo de frutos del mar, mi hija, un plato con cordero. Para la entrada seleccionamos pulpo y una ensalada. Aunque los nombres de estos platillos son algo rebuscados les señalo el contenido. Como bebida una cerveza artesanal italiana y mi hija un coctel muy conocido en italia que contiene algo de licor. Mi hija me dió a probar y súper delicioso 😋, lo recomiendo.
Arriving at the site in the distance, we could see that it was located in a corner with a red awning and a terrace, which on these sunny days is the favorite place for many visitors. I loved the spacious place with details of the decor that told a story. Black and white photographs with some places and characters representative of Italy and an era. Before reviewing the menu and with emotion I took some pictures to share them with all of you.To start and enjoy this moment we read the menu carefully and reviewed the different delicacies that were here. I opted for a seafood dish, my daughter, a lamb dish. For the appetizer we selected octopus and a salad. Although the names of these dishes are a bit far-fetched, I would like to point out the contents. As a drink we had an Italian craft beer and my daughter a cocktail very well known in Italy that contains some liquor with
. My daughter gave me a taste and it was super delicious 😋, I recommend it.

Las entrantes fueron una exquisitez con una bellísima presentación. Estos platillos los compartimos. El pulpo una delicia se me deshacia en la boca, con un sabor muy fresco. Estas entradas fueron increíblemente deliciosas. La cerveza esla primera vez pruebo y contenía 4° de alcohol, así que muy bien.
Casi de inmediato nos teajeron los platos principales. Me quedé asombrada de mi platillo que vino servido con todo y sartén jajaja. Me impresionó. Todos los frustos del mar estaban crujientes, frescos combinados con vegetales todos rebozados y crujientes al igual los frutos del mar. Delicioso amigos este fantástico almuerzo, servido con esmero y gusto. Los sabores eran increíbles, deliciosos y con una frescura que pude percibir de los ingredientes y la preparación. **Este lugar uno de los mejores, lo recomiendo. **
La verdad que un gusto para los sentidos y para el alma. Momentos únicos e inolvidables al lado de mi querida hija, que me recuerdan lo importante de disfrutar juntas, compartir con calma estos hermosos momentos. Experiencias llenas de alegría y amor que durarán por siempre.
The starters were a delicacy with a beautiful presentation. We shared these dishes. The octopus was a delight that melted in my mouth, with a very fresh taste. These appetizers were incredibly delicious. The beer is the first time I tried it and it contained 4° of alcohol, so it was very good.
Almost immediately we were served the main courses. I was amazed at my dish that came served with everything and pan hahaha. I was impressed. All the seafood was crispy, fresh combined with vegetables all battered and crunchy as well as the seafood. Delicious friends this fantastic lunch, served with care and taste. The flavors were incredible, delicious and with a freshness that I could perceive from the ingredients and preparation. **This place is one of the best, I recommend it. **
The truth is that a taste for the senses and for the soul. Unique and unforgettable moments with my dear daughter, which reminds me how important it is to enjoy together, to share calmly these beautiful moments. Experiences full of joy and love that will last forever.
