My ANTIDEPRESSANTS

in Photography Lovers8 hours ago

Alright, enough with landscapes and portraits — it’s time to talk about food.

My everyday diet is painfully simple and, honestly, pretty boring.
Any kind of protein (usually chicken, eggs, sometimes beef) plus a small portion of carbs like rice or pasta. That’s it.

Let’s be honest — this kind of food doesn’t exactly boost your mood. At some point, you really start craving something fried… or sweet 😅

I’ve mentioned it before: I went down from 101 kg to 87 kg, and I’ve been maintaining that weight ever since. The beginning was tough, no doubt about it. But now I’m at a stage where I can occasionally allow myself a proper “cheat day” — and surprisingly, it doesn’t affect my weight at all.

This unhealthy but insanely tasty food is something I allow myself once a week, and my mood instantly shoots up — as if I’d swallowed a handful of antidepressants.
(Just kidding. I’ve never taken them and have no idea how they actually work.)

When I’m just hungry and craving comfort, the best antidepressant is anything deep-fried or baked with dough — pizza is a perfect example.

When my mood is completely at zero, desserts take over. And that’s where things get dangerous 😄
Despite having type 2 diabetes, I can easily eat three desserts in a row — and good luck to anyone trying to stop me.

The crypto market is sliding straight into hell, my mood is right there with it, and after finishing this post, I think I know exactly where I’m going —
to get my all-time favorite chocolate & cherry dessert 🍒🍫

Bon appétit, everyone!
