By the pier
Good Morning
for today I decided to share a few shots taken by the pier and Boat ramp at one end of the Hurricane barrier wall here in New Bedford.
Its a spot i often visit as its fairly close by and no hasslesparking there, and even on grey mornings such as it was when I took these photos I still find being by the water with hardly any one else around relaxing and a great way to start the day.
Starting with a shot looking out over the pier you can see the shadows of myself and the tripod
its odd this year i havent seen anyone fishing off the pier on my early morning visits, previous years there was always people out fishing there, I wonder if they have picked another spot to fish, I did wonder about fishing in this spot as one of the signs on the pier warns of dangerous substances inthe water that make fish and shellfish not safe to eat

and from the same spot turning and looking at the Hurricane barrier wall, I always like this view with the lights reflectingin the water
i must get out and do the walk on top of the hurricane barrier wall, I have been taking it easy since getting back out walking and just walking down by the pier, I think its time for me to walk the walk way on the wall again soon
