Nah... this was @hiro-hive that made it. I like the video, and I have some plans to use the video for explaining people, but without any views, people on X don't even care.
The first guide I made was directly going to the picking username. First and foremost, hive-kecyhain plugins need to be installed 😄 As you see in this picture, hive keychain is detected, that is a good indication 100% signing up would be successful otherwise, it'll fail.
SNAPS is one of the best @peakd projects and deserved more recognition.
The potential of this roject is incredible. So far it has been an underrated idea.

Não faço ideia, mas parece que não. Eu já pensei em algumas coisas que podem chamar atenção, a primeira obviamente é um perfil com HP alto para fazer curação nos snaps, posts com mais engajamento receber um voto bacana além do CR que vêm de bônus.
Será que ele entende português? Não sei se aquela tradução nativa do peakd funciona em todos os snaps, se ele aqui seria bem legal poder ajudar de alguma forma.
Outra ideia também seria criar um token que tivesse algum beneficio ou sei lá, juntar e trocar por HP permanente ou delegado, dar desconto em algo relacionado ao Splinterlands, trocar por zing, indicar post para curação... é o que da pra fazer eu acho.
I agree with you on this one. I do wonder why the PeakD team doesn't actively promote Snaps. I think there is much growth possible...
I think in the end it's just a question of priority, it's not on their radar to promote here, so they're focused on other things.
So, I think that anyone who has created something wants people to use their product, but it seems that peakd is kind of complacent about it, so I don't understand it either, we have great tools here, there should be a greater effort to promote peakd and snaps.
I think it must be a question of priorities, but certainly investing in marketing would be more interesting.
I believe it's something related to that, a priority that for them isn't the moment, but there are many things we can do and think about doing.
Sometimes I wonder the same thing. A heavier marketing effort surely wouldn't hurt.

I'm excited about exploring the benefits of the new survival mode. I'm not a huge land guy, but I think the next evolution of land will also be a big catalyst for the card market in the coming months.
Short form like snaps is the thing now given the short attention span of people and peakd is giving its users the tool so we don’t go anywhere else

Sadly we do have a ~64k character limit on Hive but with good UI two posts can seem like one.

Has anyone ever talked about how challenging is it to actually create an account for completely new user without any onboarder guide?
So far, the challenge with hiveonboard is that first you actually have to install hive-keychain before even completing the whole process. 1/2
Yea, it's probably one of the things that stops Hive from having a lot of users
I think I need to renew my guide on how to create account tbh because I noticed a very important pain point which people come to me panicking because they often missed the step during which the popup of hive-keychain is needed to eventually finalize the sign up process.
It's certainly one of the worst parts, this beginning to create accounts, it kind of forces the person who is inviting someone else to join the hive, to literally take their hand to cross the street lol
Creating account should be a lot more seamless imo and I mean Hiveonboard is a great way actually but the flowchar could be made simple.
Of course, I don't remember if I've ever used the inleo frontend to create a new account, but I know it's possible to make a new account there with just X and maybe gmail, I think that's it, it has to be done like this and then the keys arrive by email.

Nice macro shot. You captured some nice details here. Flies are not the most beautiful insect, but they're very interesting.
I think, in terms of health, flies do need to be avoided. But visually, it have a charming appeal to be used as photo objects, especially for macrophotography.
But I failed to capture the details of its eyes because the fly had already flown away. 😆

It seems that the use of snaps is decreasing, perhaps some incentive is needed to bring more people into daily use.
I feel like Snaps has the most incentive compared to Waves. But Waves churn more engagement.
Over in Waves, you'll receive around 3-5 comments. While here in Snaps, I rarely get any (sometimes).
Exactly, it's getting very stagnant here for me, there are times when the same people show up, not that it's bad, but it would be nice to have more people, more content and more interaction and engagement.
There's still that detail, we're back to around $0.30 and the people are disappearing again.
What is the difference between Snaps, Threads, and Waves? Just the front end?
Whenever I promote my long-form articles, I find myself posting to Snaps and Threads. I haven't even touched Waves before.
Snaps makes it much easier to add pics to my content than on Threads.
Each one has its own particularities, I think that due to their own front-end each one has a different way of acting and rewarding its users, but lately I've only been using snaps and through it I post something on the other micro blogs. It simply makes everything easier!
on the micro blogs, yes, on the snaps you can see that there are some options on the left, so you can access the waves and inleo micro blogs easily and share there too.
I owe you an image of this, so it'll be easier to understand. As shown below, you go to peakd snaps at the top and on the left you see all the micro blogs, you can post and read the content of each of them all through peakd snaps.
I've check out some and maybe cause I am always on peakd, snap is much easier to use as well.

That's something I don't understand either, there are times when it shows up to translate and others when it doesn't. I think that when snap understands that it's another language it offers the translation, so when it doesn't appear it's because it hasn't recognized the language.

Once I saw that this translating option generates a "certain cost", not for us, but it seems that the Peakd team can explain this better.
The only thing we can do that generates costs is to create AI images. But they are very cheap and worth using.

Our language is Brazilian Portuguese and the translation is like this, sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't kkkk, we're not sure how to activate this option for all snaps. 😂

Most people thought the step was to create account the install keychain but it's install keychain then create account. There will be some pop up too that shouldn't be missed.

From our experience, creating an account wasn't quite a seamless experience especially through Hiveonboard. If It were to put simply. Basically this is the flowchart of signing up.

When you say "Install Hive Keychain" are you talking about the phone app or the browser plugin?
Both, the mobile and the browser plugin. There were some users reporting that they couldn't proceed with account creation due to " auth/operation not allowed) because they didn't click a popup from hive keychain plugin or even have it installed.

I do think this is a burgeoning field and a concept that people haven't really started to grasp. I heard @theycallmedan talk about using text on Hive as a prompt for AI to create things like videos and thought that was kind of genius. It opened a new pathway in my mind.
A long time ago on the other chain, @creatr created or rather recreated a PDF with a photo in it from just text. With AI we could potentially transform any text into any kind of content.
Sometimes I use the AI to make videos of my stories, unfortunately it never looks the way I want it, because I use it in free mode. I'm afraid to spend on something that won't work or that will work and community will question it. It's complex.
I think it will become a bit of an artform in and of itself. It's hard for people to see right now. But the other thing is there is some AI content that should be shunned one way or the other but not everything from AI should be caught up in that.
Of course, it is not the same to ask for a thematic literary itinerary, as it is to give it three keywords and ask the AI to make you a story or even a whole book.
If I make my own original story and I want to go through an AI filter to improve my grammar, would that be losing originality? I ask because many people see it that way. I mean, my literary vocabulary is not extensive, but the AI could polish that and be valid.

Hello @ducecrypto yes we track buy/sell prices. The bot buys underpriced cards on the market and sell them for profit. If you go to spltrader.com you will see top 10 trades in last 30 days.
