小娘には人間味があって宜しいと言われましたが。見た目は何とかリカバリー、できたかな？？赤いのは飛騨の赤かぶ漬けに一緒に漬ける大根のお漬物、にっこりぐーちゃんです！これ酸味が美味しいのですよ。

What’s your weekend like? Mine’s pretty simple, Saturdays are for chores, like cleaning the house and doing laundry. Sundays are more fun I just hang out, play guitar, and get in some video game time.

I just read a post from a new onboarded user by someone. I read the introduction post, "Hive will help me financially to earn some income"
I think we have to stop thinking of Hive as your full-time job, we shouldn't promote it as a job but a decentralized social media.
I think of it as earning my stake, my power, my ownership, my voice. I've never thought of my earnings as income, but rather as a way of converting my time and passion for tokens to stake and save,
That's a very good mindset, man! I do the same. Sometimes I do cash out as well, but not everytime. I consider it as my long-term investment and a hobby.
A few years ago, I would cash out my Hive position to swap for more DEC and SPS to buy Splinterlands assets. In a way, my funds never left the Hive Blockchain.
But now I leave everything earned as HP and HBD to watch my stake grow larger every day!
Good for you, right now — I tried to power down (for the first time), but I have no plans to cash out or withdraw. I wait to HIVE go higher, sell some, then buy when the price go back to 20 cents. By that time, I would power up everything again. My main goal is to accumulate more
But we do not get to control what people THINK. There is no central authority to tell people what they can and cannot use Hive for. The minute that exists, Hive is OVER, much less us trying to dictate what they THINK -- these are HUMAN BEINGS. We are not aspiring dictators, are we?
Well, we are all owners and should think like owners. This is definitely a good conversation to have. Can Hive support a user base that is 80% frequent extractors? Probably not, but it's a good thing that most of us stack and stake more than we take.
Everyone who comes in is an owner also, and can do what they wish with what they own, REMEMBER? If there is an owner's association with rules, perhaps we should let people know coming in. That's fair. Classing people as "extractors" who do not know is not.

Inflation is kind of irrelevant to this conversation, but HBD stabilization is a good thing. Inflation will decrease over time as mandated by the code. Users like us and certainly new users have virtually no effect on inflation.

Congrats on Champion! That's always one of my favorite battles of the season when I win my way into Champion League for the first time in the season!
Same! It gives a different feel compared to diamond even though it uses the same level of cards. May have something to do with the champion badge that makes it kind of special.
It is also because the competition is slightly more difficult since we are more likely to be paired with a champion player than a diamond player.
Either way, I earn more at champion so I try to play as many battles as I can at champion! I'll see you on the battlefield!

I don't know. I find the whole AI thing interesting though. I think anytime they make something open source it is good as well. For what it's worth I did ask Deepseek about Tienamwn square and it seems to have broke it.
I haven't watched the video yet, but I saw the headline. I don't think all cops are bad, but I do think we need to normalize criminal prosecution when they illegally enact violence. If they wrongfully arrest they should be charged the same as I would if I had imprisoned someone.

You are right, but Bitcoin could be a more fair money. For sure it enables ordinary people to be their own bank. And in future getting rid of the banks and their power would make the world a little less evil!
Indeed. But remember: "Love not the world, nor the things in the world, for if any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." Bitcoin, good as it is, falls into those "things." It is not to be worshiped, venerated, praised, or loved in the sense God is.

I just got word from my aunt that my uncle is declining rapidly and probably only has 1-2 days left. I saw him last year, and he seemed to have some cognitive decline and the expected slower movements of many past retirement age, but was in good health otherwise.
It sounds like the most recent news is positive. I don't know whether he's out of the woods yet, so to speak, but the prognosis has improved as of yesterday.
Last I heard, antibiotics were finally kicking in and prospects were not as dire.

I can understand the logic if it didn't have a clear bias. So many accounts with far worse numbers. Some as high as 60k hp sold with 2k held. Still making silly amounts per post. But they're untouched because of the friends/groups they're in.
Yep. From what I can gather, the people behind this are smaller whales and orcas ... so there is no way they can bother certain ones without having trouble. But the plan is to bully people who do not know of their status and hypocrisy.
